As Mark Leipsitz is the owner of Motor City Building Company. He graduated from the Detroit Institute of Technology with a degree in construction engineering.

For the next 20 years Mark worked with one of Michigan's largest general contracting firms, starting as a project engineer and working his way up to Division Vice President where he oversaw an average of 40 million dollars of annual construction and 50 employees.

Mark has decades of experience in new construction and building preservation. He plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of Motor City Building Company and is involved in every aspect of a project from conception to completion.
